Sunshine Award

The rules of the Sunshine Award are:

Include a picture of the Sunshine Award logo in the post and incorporate it into your blog somewhere too.

Mention the person who nominated you and link the post back to them.

 Write 11 facts about yourself.

Answer the 11 questions the person who nominated you set for you.

Nominate 11 other bloggers.

Write 11 questions for them to answer.

Emma nominated me for this award, she is my absolute number one.
Check out her blog (I'm on there too hehe)

11 facts about me:

1. I don't make a great first impression. People like to ease themselves into other people's lives and get gradually crazier but I just jump straight into the deep end. I think this is why I'm like Marmite (you either love me or hate me, I'm not brown and sticky but I am delliiiicccioous)

2. I'm really into Breaking Bad at the minute, I'm on the last season and I'm kind of dragging it out to make it last longer but it's intensssseee! Highly recommendable!

3. Dreaming is one of my favourite past times. I love sleep but only to dream, they're usually good and I often dream about people I know which is good. Last night I dreamt that Walt (From Breaking Bad) drew red lines over my body and told me to cut along them so I'd bleed to death - they're not all pleasant.

4. My spelling is getting worse. I don't even know if that's a thing or not but I used to be really good at spelling but I'm finding it harder and harder it's kinda worrying.

5. I'M 18 IN 4 DAYS. I'm a bit excited to say the least but then I'm also shitting myself because it means my next birthday I'll be 19 and I know there's still another year to go but I'M NOT READY FOR THIS. Also my bestie and boyfriend aren't both 18 until APRIL which kinda sucks but I'll deal with it.

6. I'm an open book, ask me anything and I'll tell you (98% of the time) or talk to me about anything and it's cool.

7. I'm great in awkward situations, maybe it's because I don't give much of a shit about anything that awkward situations don't really have an effect on me or maybe people feel comfortable around me because I don't judge or whatever I don't really know.

8. I have no real life ambitions, as long as I'm alive, (relatively) healthy, happy and have enough money to get me by I'm be quite content. This may not be a bad thing, it's not going to head me anywhere fantastic but I'm just playing life by ear and hoping for the best.

9. I've recently started listening to music more and I CAN'T STOP. My favourite playlist at the moment is on YouTube if you go on Stacy's Mom and then it's like at the side, does that make any sense?

10. I've just realised that I've not sworn in this blog post yet, unless I did it without realising that is, what? Haha anyway I love swearing and I swear a fucking lot. (usually)

11. I love spooning, I spoon my dog (Amber, she's adorable) and anyone else who will let me... joking. Haha I just think it's cute and intimate and nice and stuff... Emzie I'm looking at you.

Questions Emma asked me:

1. Favourite Youtuber?
I don't really watch YouTube videos but I'd have to say Tyler Oakley or Zoella

2. Favourite Radio Station?
Gem I think it is where they play an old song followed by a new song because me and mum listen to it in the car and it's like a constant jam sesh, I love my mum.

3. Spring,Summer,Autumn or Winter?
WINTER, fucking snow and Christmas and big coats and shit. Summer's sweaty and stuff spring's alright but just cold. I do like Autumn it's the leaves I love.

4. Favourite Nail Varnish brand?
Barry M I think purely for their variety and they're constantly bringing out new ones and they're reasonably priced.

5. What 5 things do you always have in your bag?
Phone (pocket really but okay), purse, keys, chewing gum, tampons.

6. Bracelet, Earrings, Rings or Necklace? Why?

I want to say necklace but I'm gonna go with bracelet because I'm getting a Pandora for my birthday so it just makes sense.

7. Pro's and Con's of blogging?
Pros: It's fun and you can get stuff off your chest, when people read it it makes you feel like a celebrity hahaha!

Cons: It requires lots of commitment and if you take photos for it it can be time consuming (hence why I don't haha)

8. Do you have a job? If so what is it?
I work at Heath's Farm Shop (a family business) just in the shop, serving customers, stocking produce, mopping, dusting.

I also potwash at a restaurant which I like because the people are great to work with but it doesn't half fuck your hand up.

9. Opinion on Tattoo's?
LOVE LOVE LOVE, as long as they're not tacky or cliché I guess haha I think everyone should get one.

10. Window shopping or Online browsing?
Window shopping because although I love both I get bored more easily online and going into shops and feeling fabrics etc is just more exciting.

11. Favourite TV Show?
BREAKING BAD (for now) some others I love are The Big Bang Theory, HIMYM, Ugly Betty, Great British Bake Off.. okay I love all TV.

I kind of feel like I'm cheating but I don't even know 11 blogs to nominate so If you want to be nominated... comment or something? :D Sunshine to you all!

I will still propose 11 questions you may wish to consider:

1. What motivates you?

2. Do you like Marmite?

3. Have you heard of a Fluffernutter? If yes, what do you think? If no, where have you been?

3. What do you never leave the house without?

4. Have you ever spent literally a whole day in pyjamas (sleep to sleep)?

5. Are you scared to make the first move?

6. What's your biggest fear?

7. What makes you the happiest?

8. What's your guilty pleasure?

9. What's your favourite pizza topping?

10. If you could invent anything, no limits, what would it be?

11. What song could you listen to 1000 times without getting bored?

Happy

Sorry it's been a mighty three weeks since my last blog post! I'd like to say I've had no spare time but I've had plenty but have chosen to spend it with people I love instead. There's not much I've wanted to blog about recently but there is one thing I have noticed.
I've been really really happy for the past few months (more than usual - which is a lot!) and everything seems to be perfect. I'll admit I've had a few concerns about the near future since nobody believes things can usually go this well for anybody. But after worrying myself about the possibilities of what may happen I realised that everything NOW is amazing and why should I worry myself over hypothetical issues when I can just be enjoying every second and appreciating what I have?
So that's what I'm doing, spending more and more time with the people I care about because it makes me happier than ever and I wouldn't change a single person in my life for the world.

Driving

I turned 17 last November but I didn't learn to drive straight away. I was scared crapless and one day I managed to gather enough courage to call my instructor and make one of the most terrifying calls of my life. I honestly don't know why I was so scared to book a lesson but I remember dripping with sweat I was so nervous. It all seems ridiculous now! A lot of my friend's parents booked theirs for them but mine was my own choice.
My first lesson was terrifying, I didn't know this man who was in the car with me and police cars drove past and I'm still pretty traumatised! Now though I'm comfortable with Dave and I'm not TOO bad at driving (I've almost hit stuff but haven't) and I always always have a bottle of water.
Before I even booked a lesson my dad tried to teach me the basics. I kinda learned how to drive but it was the wrong way and it kinda messed me up for my lessons. My advice would be to only learn from your parents if they know what they're doing! I love my dad to pieces but he can't teach people to drive to save his life.
My first reverse was awful, dad didn't tell me what to expect even though I kept asking because I was so nervous. He told me to just do it and I did then he screamed at me for almost crashing. Wtf dude, I asked for your advice, you gave me none, this is all on you!
And... emergency stops! They are TERRIFYING. I freak out mid brake and forget to put the clutch down so I always stall and the anti locking break system scares me too. I've only ever done three and I think my instructor it's trying to avoid them at any cost because I was shaking uncontrollably on the verge of tears when I had to do them and even when he said we won't do any more all I could this was 'that's exactly the sort of thing you'd say before you'd ask me to do one'.
Up to now I've been on duel carriage ways (70mph scares me) and am improving at turns in the road but I have a loooooong way to go!
Back to the reason for this post... driving is such a great skill to have whether you're doing A-Levels or have a full time job. I feel sorry for my parents having to ferry me around everywhere and can't wait until I have my own car and can drive myself around. It's also the sense of independence which appeals to me... hopefully one day I'll pass.

Nail Varniiiisssshh!

I love love love nail varnish and I wear it very seasonally which means I have some which I hardly ever use. I bought this particular one aaaaages ago for £1.99 from Dazzle (a cheap makeup place in Derby). I found it today and fell in love with it all over again so here it is...

The photo does it absolutely no justice whatsoever so I'm gonna go ahead and paint a picture for you... It's a base of I'd say dark pink with black/purple glitter in it but there's so much glitter and it's so tiny it's super duper glittery and gorgeous. There's black, red, purple, pink, gold, silver, green and blue colours all in there it's too good for words.

If a top coat was used I think it would be beaaaaautiful and shiny and amazing but I never do put topcoats on and it's still amazing. It isn't so much shiny just shimmery as hell.

(Sorry for my gross nails/bad paint job)

I am super excited about it tonight because I had to go to school with BARE NAILS today. Not cool.

Mini Haul

When I shop, I SHOP. Whenever I go into town I always leave with bags full of stuff I don't need and some stuff I don't even want, like I've said in the '50 Random Facts Tag' I'm an impulse shopper. Sooo... I thought I may aswell blog about it!

Here's what I got...

I don't usually wear many rings but there were £1.50... £1.50 for 4! And they were so cute and stackable I kind of just fell in love with them so I urm, bought two packs.
These four rings are from the same pack and I like them all but the heart ring is my least favourite and the band with gems in my fave! They're so freaking cute.

The bow ring I'm not to sure of, it's not bad it's just not 'me' at all and I really don't like this bird one buuutttt, the other's are gorgeous! The white gem ring is probably my favourite but it's a tough call between that one and the glitzy one.

I also got some earrings similar to ones I already own, they're both small gold hoops but the pair on the right have rosy gold coloured gems on them and they're £1.50 for two pairs!

I got the rings (both packs) in 'small' because I do have relatively small fingers but I did end up ripping skin off my knuckles with some of them but once they're past the knuckle they fit well, no pain no gain!

This necklace is from the H&M sale for £2! I don't particularly like the eye pendant thing but the other side is plain navy which I do like and the chain is the perfect length, I planned on putting a different pendant on it anyway!

The bracelets are also from the H&M sale, £3 (I think) they're just kinda different and well I saw them and just bought them without really thinking about it so yeah...

I'm a massive nail varnish crazy person, I have loads of it and this was on offer in boots (Buy one get one half price) so I bought the pale pink textured one which everybody likes until they feel them haha. I love Barry M and I do actually really like this nail varnish but why the hell would someone think to make someone's nails look like sandpaper?! I also bought the black and white 'confetti' one which my friend had and I've been in love with forever, I couldn't resist!

ps. sorry for the shoddy paint job I was watching The Great British Bake Off/Lara Croft/falling asleep into my dinner (it's been a long week)

FINALLY I urm sorta bought a super bright sweat top because it's cold and bright things are just... bright.

You can see the necklace in this picture, unfortunately not my face because I'm the LEAST photogenic person ever and I couldn't be arsed to try and look nice for a photo because, effort.
Anyway yeah this is the sweat top, my bestie (Emma) doesn't approve but if I agreed with all her opinions of my clothes I'd have an empty wardrobe.

Well I hoped you liked seeing where I unnecessarily spent my hard earned money, I'm sure you'll be seeing more because it's quite a regular occurrence.

Politics

I have no interest in politics whatsoever, I never really got introduced to it and even now I don't really understand it. Despite this everyone seems to think it's a good idea to shove it in our faces now we're almost old enough to vote. It's kinda overwhelming and none of it really 'goes in'.
We do have the option for taking politics at A-Level but what I don't understand is how we've been through 12 years of education without being taught anything political at all but now it's suddenly a big deal! Some politicians came into our assembly the other day and long story short, the EU is killing babies. How the fuck did a debate about the EU end up talking about killing babies?! Perhaps if I'd been taught any politics at all I could have made the link. The speakers, who I feel sorry for, were talking as if we know what they're talking about; sure there are students who love politics and understand it but for the majority of us it just doesn't make sense. I find it frustrating that they made the entire sixth form attend this compulsory assembly yet don't even teach us the basics. Maybe that's what citizenship's for but I've never been properly taught citizenship so how would I know?!
Everybody's encouraging 18 year olds not to waste their vote but none of us know what we're voting for! I occasionally watch Question Time with my dad but that's the extent of my politics knowledge and none of it even makes sense!

Basically, we should be taught about politics well before we need to get involved so we have a good judgement and some experience which contributes to all our futures.

Sorry I rant so much about school but I'm there for about 30 hours a week so it's kinda a big part of my life.

The Future

Like the majority of my family, I have no idea what I want to do! My dad still doesn't know and he's been working his entire life!
I was convinced I wanted to teach when I was about 8 years old but I realised that after 13 years of education kids can get nasty, I kind of put myself off that career. To be honest I don't really fancy spending my entire life in school regardless of my position in it.
Since joining secondary school I was determined to be a fashion designer, just like every other girl has once in her life! GCSE textiles destroyed that dream of mine...
More recently I've considered writing as I enjoyed English and wrote some pretty impressive short stories (I don't believe in modesty, if you're proud you should be able to show the world) which my teachers gave me very positive feedback on. But as I tried to write a story I found it's harder than it looks. I can imagine every detail but writing it out isn't as simple, my sentences don't flow and my grammar is awful. I really thought I'd have inherited some of my dad's author/English teacher genes but I guess I just inherited his general creativity.
I played the trumpet from the age of 7 and passed at grade 5, when I got braces I found it extremely difficult, painful and frustrating to play but I got no sympathy and nobody really understood the effect it had on me. I was very hormonal around that time and it wasn't only physical stress my braces/trumpet combo caused but it made me emotional to think that braces had effected something I really enjoyed in such a negative way. I reluctantly sold my trumpet which meant after my braces were removed I couldn't pick up from where I left off although I do tinker with trumpets whenever I can. I can never imagine me having a musical career because I'm just not that into music but I will never forget the feeling of standing on stage surrounded by other jazz musicians feeling like a rock star!
And now... applications for university are everywhere and prospectuses are piling up but I have NO idea what kind of course I'd want to take nevermind which university. It's a really stressful time of year for A Level students as people have to take time off school for open days etc. To be honest university has never appealed to me, although the 'student life' does! Being a drunk, lazy slob for three years and it being socially acceptable does seem pretty appealing. But alongside the £30,000 debt and degree I have no enthusiasm for I think I'll let that one go. I know I'm not alone in this and I do get sympathy from many customers at Heaths who ask about my personal life. My favourite quote is from a customer who said "I'm 40 and still have no idea what I want to do" but she always smiles and greets me warmly and that's my ultimate goal. If you're happy there's nothing you're doing wrong. I will be perfectly satisfied with a 9-5 office job as long as I'm HAPPY.
The other day my friend asked me about where I think I'd be in 20 years time. I had no response, sure as a girl I dreamt about my dream job, my dream wedding and my perfect family but they were all fantasy. Now I'm in the 'real world' I value happiness over anything else in the world. I don't worry about the future I just do what I love, all the time and that's what keeps me smiling.
My dad's advice for university is "do something because you love it or because you have a plan." It's some of the best advice I've heard since the pressure to get the grades and get accepted can be overwhelming and can distort the reality behind committing to three more years of (expensive) education.

And on a more depressing note, who knows if we even have a future? As I once read: "why does the current me diet miserably to satisfy the future me?" By this I mean don't do something which makes you miserable because you THINK it will pay off. Do stuff you love and it WILL pay off.

Aaaand, don't think too much... "never give a shit".

Education Alongside Work

So this post is more of a rant than anything but it's in my head so I'm gonna say it.
I have two jobs, both of which I enjoy; if I didn't I wouldn't work them both! Then school are saying we need to focus on our A-levels which means limiting work hours to less than however many a week (let's say 10). I work a guaranteed 8 hours weekly and up to as many as 18 a week! I'm extremely motivated at work, not by the money but by the sense of achievement and independence I get from working. I'd hate to not be working, I feel it'd make me lazy (lazier) and dependant on other people.
I don't earn a great deal of money but I don't spend it on many things so I do appreciate it. But... it baffles me how school expect me to pay £30 in the first week for textbooks and materials (a day's wage) and £20 for a compulsory school trip and £10 for whatever simply because the department's 'broke'. THEN they're saying we need to get some community action for our CV's (10 hours of UNPAID work) and work experience in the necessary field (also unpaid) yet we can't possibly use our current jobs for this!
Now I'm in Sixth Form I need to spend £10 a week on bus fare (to be truthful my parents are kind enough to pay this for me) which believe it or not doesn't magically appear in my purse every Monday morning!
I have no access to 'the Bank of Mum and Dad' and nor do I want it. If I want to spend money on luxuries I'm going to earn it myself. My jobs have helped me become more responsible and mature and although requesting us to spend all our spare time studying may lead to great results it deprives us of the real work experience we're destined for after uni.
I am very proud of the fact that my boss said that me and my brother are very 'self sufficient' which I believe we are because we have been brought up and taught that if you want something you have to earn it.
I remember a long time ago my friend received a £5 weekly allowance so I pleaded to my parents for one because I was so jealous and I got one but not for very long. I'm now so grateful for my parent's reluctance to handing money out to me. I did occasionally ask for money and received it but only if I was in desperate need of it.

I wrote this blog after having worked 8 and a half hours and I'm working 8 tomorrow... just a bit of context! Oh yeah and it's pay day so think of all the textbooks I can buy now! :)

ps. sorry for the aggression honestly I'm lovely!

50 Random Facts Tag

Waddup, first of all, my name's Jodie. My thoughts are awesome so I thought I'd share them and treat you all to an insight of my mind.To help you get to know me better I'm doing a post sharing 50 random facts about me. Enjoy! :)

Personal Facts
1. I'm 17 years old
I'm ageing up in less than two months which is very exciting!
2. I was a vegetarian for 3 years
I used to feel guilty about eating meat but I never held it against anyone. I genuinely feel different now and eat meat three times a day. (Not really haha once, maybe twice...)
3. I have crazy dreams
I mean really MENTAL dreams, some of a naughty nature (okay a lot). I share all of my dreams with my best friend but I think they may be inappropriate for this post so we'll save them for later...
4. I have a mannequin called Geraldine
I got Geraldine for my birthday or Christmas one year after seeing a dress maker's doll in Gilmore Girls. She's pretty and blue and I love her. At parties she's very popular and always willing to dance.
5. I'm going to NY for my 21st
For my brother's eighteenth my grandparents took him and my cousin to Japan. As my eighteenth birthday present they're taking me to New York but I postponed it until I'm 21 so I can drink out there. There's nothing I can think of that would be more magical than being pissed in New York.
6. I was on the school council in year 5
I remember when they opened the door and called me in and said I was on the school council!!!! I was overjoyed (mainly because I had a crush on the boy candidate but I liked the power too, let's just say my cousin won a looooot of competitions during this period of time)
7. I have no fashion sense, just comfort sense
By comfort I don't mean joggers and a sweat top (even though they're amaaazing) but I mean more how I feel comfortable. For example a fashionable dress might make me feel awful in which case I'd change into the orange glittery dress I bought from the Clothes Show which everybody quite rightly finds disgusting but I love! If I don't feel confident in what I wear I wont be myself but I can feel confident in some of the most god awful clothing imaginable because it's me!
8. I have a vintage themed bedroom
It's one of the greatest gifts I've ever received and my dad's hard work REALLY paid off. I love it so much! I don't keep it tidy which annoys all of my friends but I still love it regardless of how many inches of dust it's under. I always add new bits to it whether it be a jewellery box or a plant, I'm the opposite of minimalist.
9. School/work
I am currently studying A Levels at sixth form. I'm doing art, textiles and business studies.
I have worked since being thirteen at a family run farm shop (Heaths) which I still do today every Sunday! I also work as a pot washer (and sometimes waitress) at a small restaurant (Mileburne) which is amazing because, well... free food.
10. I used to wear braces
My teeth were never awful but I really wanted braces anyway (what was I thinking?) but I'm really glad because my teeth are so much nicer! They're not perfect because I never really wore my retainer - I'm going for the 'natural' look haha and my mum threw them away after they stood on the windowsill collecting dust for a while.
11. I have only my ears pierced
I used to want my eyebrow pierced... then my lip... then my upper ear (I have just the lobe). I think I'd have regretted getting any other piercings now but I have previously pierced my own ear (not recommended) which I thought was sooo cool at the time.
12. I have no tattoos... yet
I crave tattoos and unfortunately I'm one of these people who aren't against name tattoos so I can imagine myself having several names tattooed on me before I die. My mum doesn't agree though and since I'm very close with my parents I respect (most of) their views and wouldn't get one if they didn't approve. I do want some though, just small ones as I often change my mind about a lot of stuff but I've always loved tattoos and I think I always will.
13. I have limited vocabulary
Considering my dad's an author/English teacher my vocab is poor. I blame this on my bad memory, I'll learn a word, use it and then forget it. But seriously, who uses big words outside of the classroom?!
14. I have a sexy ass wardrobe
Me and my dad took a very exciting trip to Ikea when my room got decorated and bought some wire drawers and white rails. So instead of a physical wardrobe I just have drawers either edge of my room with white rails in the centre then a curtain's hung up in front of them which means when I pull the curtains back my whole room is a closet!
15. I'm uncomfortable farting in public
I don't know why, I just can't.

Traits
16. I have an addictive personality
If I find something I like I go mental about it don't let go of it until I've milked it dry. Sims is a great example haha!
17. I'm a VERY open person
I don't have many (if any) secrets and I'm very open about... everything. I'm not ashamed or embarrassed about anything because why should I waste my life regretting things when I can just enjoy the good stuff?
18. I'm not awkward in most 'awkward' situations
You can talk to me about ANYTHING and it's not awkward or weird. When I'm meeting new people I'm usually pretty good at befriending them without the awkward silences etc.
19. I can be overwhelming
Sometimes the above can have an adverse effect and send people running in the opposite direction! Most people hold back their personality and ease people into it which I don't do so I often freak people out. Although it's really great sometimes because people get to know ME and there are no surprises!
20. I have the worst memory ever
What was the question?
21. I'm a slob
I'll come home from school, strip, dump my clothes on the floor and leave them there. Mugs will gather, germs will breed.
22. I have telepathic abilities
Me and Emma know each other so well we basically share a brain so we know what each other's thinking with less than a look. I once claimed I have Bryony's (my cousin) blood running through my veins because without any words I know how she feels and what's happened which I find really weird but I love that we're so close it happens.
23. I'm hardly ever embarrassed
I'm not embarrassed about anything that happened. Sure I've had some... loads of embarrassing moments but right now I'm happy as f##k so why should I get embarrassed about all the events that lead me to where I am now. I wouldn't change anything for the world.
24. I turn chavvy when I'm angry
It's just my voice, accent and words. 'Da fuk u doin?' is one of my personal favourites. I don't get angry often but when I do get angry I get ANGRY.
25. I always need to do something with my hands
This has only recently been pointed out to me but I think it's true! I could be playing with my bag or holding someone's hand I have to do something...
26. I'm easily distracted
I'm really easi... oooooooh shiny things!
27. I'm an impulse buyer
If I see something I want I buy it, it may cost a fortune and be absolutely ridiculous but if I love it I want it, get it and cherish it.

Family
28. I have two wonderful pets
I have a westie called Amber who's 6 years old (over 40 in dog years! :[) we named her after this whale stomach perfume or something (it's kinda gross) we bought in Morocco. She joins me in bed most mornings and she's lovely and cute and so snuggly!
I also have a handsome black cat called Lennie, inspired by Of Mice And Men which I was reading at the time. He's an ex farm cat who had worms and fleas before my auntie saved him and his siblings. We got him around Christmas and he played with the baubles on the tree which was rather amusing.
29. Emma is my best friend of all time
We were friends in primary school but parted ways after joining secondary. When GCSEs came round we became friends again and are inseparable now. People often think we're a couple and people consider us married. I love her more than I love life to put it lightly. Here's her blog: http://imaginelacedragonsfashion.blogspot.co.uk/
30. My parents are amazing
They're not controlling or restricting, they've let me grow to be my own person which I'll forever be thankful for. We never fight or argue, we're best friends and all my friends wish they were their parents haha! Most of my friends don't understand the relationship I have with my parents but it's so amazing and lovely there's not a day that goes by where I don't appreciate them and everything they've done for me.
31. My brother is awesome
Ah, well as children we fought, a lot! But as we grew up together not than many years ago we bonded over computer games and relationship troubles and now are also best friends. We share the same interests and spend time together willingly. Every brother/sister relationship should be as ours is because it's so nice to be able to share all of my troubles, worries and amazing experiences with him!
32. My dad's an author
I am so proud of my dad! He's written novels, short stories and poems, most of which I have read. He still owes me a poem though! His latest book is Thoughts of Maria (inspiration for this blog!) and I have read it and loved it! www.gregoryheath.co.uk
33. I come from a farming family
My dad's side of the family is huge and as a family we've been running a farm and shop for almost 100 years! I'm proud of this heritage and love love love that I'm part of it. I can't grow crops to save my life but I can serve the hell out of customers!

Likes & dislikes
34. I love Marmite
I like it with cheese, beans or on its sweet own. Oh yeah.
35. I crave pretzels
It's the saltiness I crave and mixed with chocolate (Cadbury's pretzels omg) is HEAVEN. I have a massive thing for salty chocolate.
36. I like wine
Red, white, rose. In that order. I love wine, always have and always will (it's a necessity in my family!)
37. My favourite place is the English coast
There's nothing more gorgeous than the English coast. The houses, the smells, the chips, the pubs, the people and no sweaty bikinis! I am destined to live here and I'm determined to make it happen.
38. I love baths
They're amazing after a hard day's work, when you're bored or when you just want a bath. They're relaxing, easy and perfect for reading!
39. I like watches
I wanted one for ages and begged my friend to buy me one... she didn't. After the devastation my parents bought me one for Christmas and ever since I've been addicted to them and have found some amazing ones for £2... £2!!!!!! on eBay and they're so comfy, accurate and expensive looking!
40. My onesie is the best thing ever to happen to me
I never understood the whole craze over onesies until my grandparents gave me one for Christmas. I've worn it ever since.
41. Food
Need I say more?
42. I co-invented the sweet chilli sauce and double chocolate cheesecake recipe
We were bored, just had chilli sauce and moved onto the cheesecake. The sauce was there and one thing lead to another. It was AMAZING. I recommend this to everyone ever.
43. Sudocrem was a god send
Scratches, spots, scabs. Sudocrem will sort them!
44. I love gaming (Sims and Minecraft!)
I've been addicted to Sims for what seems like forever. I remember the first time I EVER saw it, I was at Bryony's and she clicked the mouse, dragged it across the screen and painted a wall. Since then I've been hooked. I own all but one of The Sims 2 expansion packs, unfortunately unlike in The Sims, money doesn't grown on trees so I have just The Sims 3 Generations which my cousin gave me. It's awesome. You can dress up as a dinosaur!
I bought Minecraft a while ago and me and my brother go through phases where it's all we'll do for weeks on end. My favourite MC world is where me and my brother connected loads of islands with a massive bridge and we all built our own houses on our own islands.
45. I'm 84% sure I'm addicted to coffee
It was until just recently when I forgot to have breakfast (how?!?!) when I felt really low and unenergized I thought what's missing? Why coffee of course! After I had one I felt fine! I didn't even know how much I relied on it until this day!
46. I like reading
I find it really hard to get 'into' books but I can't read one if I'm not enjoying it! I really liked The Entire Animal and I'm always looking for more to read!
47. I like spooning
With Emma, with Amber or whoever's up for it. A good spoon makes everything better!
48. I LOVE nail polish
I must have been collecting ever since I discovered the wonderful product. Over the years I've spend hundreds of pounds and many hours to form a collection of over 100 nail polishes which I'm still keen to add to! I paint my nails most nights and sometimes experiment with different designs. Nail painting is my not-so-guilty pleasure.
49. I like to swear
It's expressive! I use it (mostly) appropriately and have never really been told off for it. I try to restrict it where I should but if you don't like me swearing just don't listen to me.
50. I am AWFUL at Geography
Geography is a massive flaw for me. I'm rubbish at it, I just don't get it. I genuinely asked my friend who was going to Cambridge University 'Is Cambridge in London?' I don't know where one part of England is in relation to another in England. I just can't, I'm not stupid, I'm geographically challenged.
